Step into the d.Studio—a creative hub for faculty ready to explore what’s possible in teaching and learning. This is where your ideas come to life, tools get tested, and bold questions lead to better courses. Grounded in design thinking, the d.Studio invites you to collaborate, experiment, and build student-centered experiences that make a real impact. Whether you're refreshing a lesson or reimagining a course, the d.Studio is your space to create and be inspired!

Find us on Zoom every month on the third Thursday at 3:30 p.m. (because we love alliteration), where we share all things new in Canvas with you!

We work closely with our new instructors over the course of their first year to build community, provide support, foster encouragement, and to share needed resources.

Every newly-hired º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø instructor is invited to join the Teaching & Learning Center each August for three days of connection, creativity, and hands-on discovery.  Together, we will help you to be ready to confidently greet and teach your students on the first day of class and to navigate your º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø experience toward success on every day thereafter.  

As Idaho's first Hispanic-Serving Institution, º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø is improving 10 general education courses to include intentional pedagogy, meaning deliberate, purposeful, and thoughtful teaching practices to promote our students' learning and development.
