Ali Sorensen

Hometown: Weiser, Idaho
Major: Animal Science and Veterinary Technology
Career Path: Veterinarian
  • Why º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø?  º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø has an amazing VET program.
  • Where do you see yourself in 5 years? I see myself working at a local vet clinic in the Treasure Valley.
  • Fun fact about you?  I raise and sell Boer Goats for a living, and I am a black belt!

 

Andrew Jund

Hometown: Twin Falls, Idaho
Major: Liberal Arts
Career Path: Military Aviation
  • Why º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø?  Having grown up in Twin Falls, I have already had the º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø be a part of my life. The community has benefited from the college, and I have family members involved here. This place feels very welcoming to me.
  • Where do you see yourself in 5 years? I see myself working hard and leading people to be at their best.
  • Fun fact about you? I like learning about how things work, such as mechanics, society, and history.
 
 

Antoan Aguilar

Hometown: Murtaugh, Idaho
Major: Biology
Career Path: I plan on becoming a surgeon in the future.
  • Why º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø? I chose º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø because it gives me a strong start towards my future career, while allowing me to stay close to home and save money before transferring. I really enjoy the campus facilities, programs, and overall environment.
  • Where do you see yourself in 5 years? In 5 years, I see myself in medical school, working toward becoming a surgeon. I’ll hopefully already have a lot of experience in healthcare and be getting closer to the career I’ve always wanted.
  • Fun fact about you? I love snowboarding!
 
 

Abbey Campos Sanchez

Hometown: Twin Falls, Idaho
Major: Business Administration
Career Path: Finish my associate’s degree in business administration, then go on to ISU for my master’s degree in accounting. After that I plan to take the CPA exam and hopefully sometime in the future become a forensic accountant.
  • Why º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø?  º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø is close to my family and fosters a culture of acceptance and equality. You have a lot of resources that aren’t spread thin due to so many students.
  • Where do you see yourself in 5 years?  I hope to have accomplished my degrees and working at an accounting firm full time. I hole to own a home with my husband and try with all my power to repay my father back for the hard work he has done for me.
  • Fun fact about you? My only broken bone has been a fractured skull.
