º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø Joins #CCMONTH Campaign to Improve Awareness of Value, Need to Support Community Colleges

TWIN FALLS – The º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø (º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø) is joining in the celebration of Community College Month (#CCMonth), a month-long campaign coordinated by the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT). The goals of #CCmonth are to improve awareness of the economic and academic advantages of attending community colleges like º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø.
“Community colleges play a critical role in the American higher education system,” says º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø President Dr. L. Dean Fisher. “They are often the first point of entry into higher education for students, including older adults, and those seeking career and technical education. The º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø is honored to be the Magic Valley’s community college, and we’re proud of the many ways that we serve the communities across our region.”
Each April, the º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø joins the Association of Community College Trustees in celebrating Community College Month. Please join us in celebrating Community College month at º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø, throughout the state, and across the nation.
